All products sold on Daily Hairstyle are digital downloads (such as our Hair Care Journal & Planner). Because these items are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, saved, and kept, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a refund once the download has been made available to you.
Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned.” Once a file has been delivered, we have no way to retrieve it, which is why all sales are final. This is standard practice for digital products

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a digital product you have downloaded is considered a breach of this policy. We keep records of all deliveries and downloads and will contest invalid disputes.
